I had a very good experience. Gaby was my rep and kept in contact throughout the process. The price was right on target. The only small snag we had, which was not the fault of Gaby or the company, was that the 1st company that was supposed to pick up my car, had to delay because they were having maintenance issues with the transport truck. It wasn't a big deal because I indicated that I wasn't in any big hurry. Gaby quickly got in touch with me when she found out about the problem and within 3 or 4 days, found a different carrier will to transport for the same price I was originally offered. The car made it safe and sound, The new company driver gave me a delivery window and he was right on time Perfect! I would use and recc ShipACarDirect again.
