David, my primary contact at Ship a Car Direct, was excellent. He was personable, timely and thorough. He helped coordinate our payment in full on a credit card, which was required for us to get moving reimbursement from an employer. Our car was 3 days late getting dropped off, which was not a huge deal for us, as we have public transport here in Boston. It was challenging to understand the truck driver, especially on the phone. All in all, Ship a Car Direct was helpful and courteous.
