I choose Ship A Car Direct because of the excellent reviews I read online, and by going to the Better Business Bureau site. I was not disappointed! They were honest, thorough, and provided easy to access information through emails and short videos. Since they are a broker, they selected the carrier and made the arrangements. The important point is that Ship A Car Direct stayed involved every step of the way. If I had any questions or difficulties, I could call them any time, night or day, and they would handle the situation. This gave me reassurance that my car would be sent in the most efficient way possible, which would minimize my days without a car. That proved to be the case. Other carriers gave me a much wider range of dates, and often charged more.
