This is the third time I have shipped my car within six months, second time with Shipacardirect. When shipping a car I will now only call Shipacardirect. They supply you with videos to leave no questions unanswered. The customer service number for Shipacar was provided as well as the dispatch number for the trucking company. This time I needed no numbers as the transfer was seamless. The driver with ADI let me know the night before pickup and called shortly before he arrived. The same for the end destination. From Pittsburgh to Phoenix in four days. Shipacardirect customer service called to make sure all was well and my car was delivered. I appreciated the service...and would highly recommend them.
