I had settled on two brokers and eventually signed with Ship-A-Car-Direct as theirs was the lowest price. While talking with Emily, I raised the question of how my quote went down from initial contact in February to eventual ship in May. She explained that better weather allowed for the reduction. I was still concerned as the other firm was $150 higher, but she looked on the "board" and stated that the price quoted was the current average price for this transit. Needless to day, I expected a last minute bump, but was pleasantly surprised when they contacted me on the first day that the car was available with a carrier for the quoted price. The carrier (TAT Auto Trans LLC - Very good and personable) picked up the car two days later on a Wednesday and delivered by Saturday. The other broker wanted more to put a "rush" on pickup. I will be recommending Ship-A-Car-Direct to all looking for a transport services. I could not have been more pleased with the service and customer service. I recommend working with Emily as she took the time to answer all of my questions without any pressure tactics to sell her services. Yes, I was refunded $30 for this review - but this review would have been the same without the refund. Also, as a last minute caution, always check www.BBB.org to determine if you want to work with a broker, as the other one I had selected based on this reviews had a terrible BBB record.
