We booked early and requested a pickup date of Sunday, 25 April. That date wasn't available but we were flexible and pickup occurred on Monday, 26 April instead. Calls to the transport company were answered promptly or returned immediately, and they were always in contact with the driver for updates. Driver scheduled delivery with us via text and worked around our schedule. After delivery, received a call from representative confirming that we we were satisfied. Highly recommend, thank you!
