After spending a few hours researching auto transport companies on the web, I quickly determined a majority of them have negative reputations and questionable business practices. As a result, I decided to check with the Better Business Bureau and identified 2 companies that had a positive rating. After speaking with both, I decided to use Ship A Car Direct based upon the fabulous customer service I received from Eric and the overall price for their services. Eric provided me with a clear explanation of their services and answered all my questions. He kept in contact with me while a suitable carrier was being identified and ultimately connected me with a driver from commercial freight transportation that was professional, courteous, and kept me well informed via phone calls and text messages throughout the entire cross country trip. My vehicle arrived on time and in great condition. Overall, my experience exceeded my expectations in every way!
