from the first call it was a very good experience they got a carrier booked within a couple days and dale notified me promptly and explained the next process and gave me a phone number so I could get ahold of the driver. the driver called and let me know what day and time he would be there to pickup my car. he called me that morning to check in wit me and he was on time to pickup my car. the driver let me know what day to expect him in texas he called me the night before to check in and give me a time he would be at my place to drop off the car. they where on time and very nice and polite. I will use ship a car direct only when I have a car transported
