I have never had my car shipped before, but David at Ship a Car Direct was a great coordinator. He kept me fully informed, emailed informative videos, and assigned a very reliable carrier (UZ Auto). The pickup delay was due to a snow storm. The driver, Rogers Clark, was a pleasure to deal with. He gave me his cell number and gave me frequent updates. He took great care of my car. I am so glad that I had my car shipped instead of driving the 1000+ miles myself.
