I called a week early and was told to allow 5 days because pick up/delivery dates are not guaranteed. I was flying out on a Wednesday morning and the sales person told me the car will be picked up before Wednesday. However, when it reached Monday, she couldn't be reached by phone/e-mail. I called at least a dozen times between Monday and Tuesday. I had to call ShipACarDirect customer service number to get a hold of someone else. They told me it will be picked up by a carrier Wednesday afternoon. So I had to leave a at a friend's place because my flight is earlier. Overall, the experience would be better if I had dealt with someone other than Gaby.
