We were very pleased with Ship A Car Direct. The cost was very reasonable. The communication was excellent. There was a time that we lost contact with the trucker, because he did not arrive at the destination when scheduled. David at Ship A Car was wonderful in helping us pursue why the trucker was not in contact. The trucker was finally able to reconnect and was able to communicate to us the issue which was that he had mechanical and cell phone issues. The car arrived only a day later than expected and all was well. The total trip took 6 days. Also, the trucker was very flexible as to when it was convenient to drop off the car. We were very satisfied with the service we received and would definitely recommend this company to anyone who wishes to ship a car. Thank you for all your help.
