Overall, Ship A Car Direct is a great service that provided me with a great carrier. I initially contacted them only about a week in advance to schedule a pickup. Unfortunately, on the day that I wanted my car to be picked up, something happened and the car was not ready, an issue that was partially my responsibility. However, they were understanding in canceling my original request and rescheduled me for a new pickup day that the vehicle would be ready. I was happy about that. The carrier was able to pickup the vehicle a day before scheduled in Jackson, MS and deliver it to Alexandria, Va a day earlier than I had anticipated. Their service has been extremely helpful as I transition into a new city.
