This was our 2nd vehicle transport arranged by the Ship-a-car-Direct team. The process was even simpler than the first time...but probably because we knew what to expect.

After reaching out via email we were contacted by Scott within hours. We discussed pricing and dates and within 2 days we had a carrier book. There was a slight bump in price to book a carrier quickly but it was the same price that friends had just paid so we were OK with it. Our only frustration was that the carrier picked up the car will outside the state time firm. They stayed in touch with us to keep us informed but still 10:30PM is a long way from "between 9AM - 3PM". Turning the car over was easy and 4 days later it was at it's destination in perfect condition.

We have recommended Ship-a-car-Direct to others who have used them all with no negative issues. We will use them again should we need to move a car.
