Almost Flawless Move

Good News: the company was very upfront regarding the move process, the fees, and when / how payment would be made. Even better - I needed 'next week' service and had no trouble getting pick-up and delivery dates that (mostly) met my schedule. Most important, my car was delivered to me on-time, with no hitches, and in the same condition I left it. So, in the end, all the important stuff was covered.
Bad News: my car was originally supposed to be picked up on a Tuesday. When my carrier was assigned, I called their office and was told the driver was having issues and might not get to me until Wednesday a.m. - not entirely a problem, but I needed to know one way or the other. Throughout Tuesday, I contacted SACD's Customer Service line a number of times and was assured that my car would be picked up that day - and that the driver would be calling to confirm. He finally called at 3:00 and said an afternoon pick-up was impossible. We ultimately met around the corner from my house at 7:00 a.m. on Wednesday, which worked out just as well, but Tuesday had been shot due to my inability to plan around a possible pick-up. It appeared that the carrier always knew that Tuesday was impossible, but SACD seemingly did not.
The carrier was PLE Transport - the driver was awesome and I felt entirely comfortable leaving my car in his hands.
