I received excellent customer service from the staff at "Ship a car direct" and the young man who transported my car was very professional. Emily at "Ship a car direct" was in constant communication with me and very reassuring about the whole process. The car shipper was polite, on time, and came directly to my house to pick up my Mercedes 560SL. He put my car in the safest spot on his carrier. My car arrived a day earlier than he had predicted and was in the same condition that it was when it left my house.
