Nick Transportation was the carrier that was selected for our move. There was a lot of unnecessary drama attached with this carrier. He made his problems our problems. The pick up was very frantic as well as the drop up. When asked for his proof of insurance, he rolled his eyes and sighed that I was one of the weird people to request that information and then went into a 15 minute detail story of his life. Listen, I am all for listening to people, but after an hour of talking about his travels and experiences, the car was still not on his truck and we were strapped for time. Any questions I had about delivery ( as in, do you know where the drop off is because its not on the bill of lading) was quickly answered without thought. I tried explaining to him about the difficulties he may have delivering the car and he again cut me off and went into a story of unrelated issues. I felt like I was dealing with a car dealer. I was not being heard and the answers really didn't pertain to my questions. Im thankful to have had the car delivered in one piece without incident, but that is the only positive comment I can add. I have had my car transported before and never I have experienced such drama. I am straight to the point kind of person and there wasn't anything straight about this transport. Everything ( to pick up date and time and drop off date and time) could never be confirmed unless I got the broker involved. Very stressful and did not help with the stress of moving across country. With the price we payed I expected more.

Thanks for your feedback, Reyna. You bring up a great point - if you need help with paperwork or other have timing questions, let your rep (the broker) know. That's what we do. Sorry your driver wasn't great about communicating that. We have all insurance documentation on file for you. And timing varies in route so your driver will always give estimates until he's literally a few hours out.
