The experience I had with these folks was far and away superior to the experience I had with another transport company last year. My only gripe was the day of delivery. Driver called me the day before saying he'd be dropping off around 9AM the next day which was fine. However by 9:45AM he was still a no show.

I called him and he then said 11AM. By 1PM, still a no show. I called him and he was then unsure what time he'd be dropping off. I called the customer service number just to say that I needed something more firm as I had juggled things around in my day to accommodate. They then told me he'd be by between 3PM and 6PM. Oddly enough, the driver then showed up with the car at 1:45PM. A bit confusing but I was glad to get the car and have this project behind me.

Thank you for the positive feedback, John! Sorry that your carrier's drive time estimate was a little off, but glad it worked out in the end!
