Needed to ship a car from Albuquerque to Raleigh within a short window time frame. Called Matt and explained I was under time constraints and couldn't afford any lapse in timing for this to happen. He assured me he could get it done. He stayed in constant contact with me throughout the process always following up with information or answering my questions either by phone or email. Carrier showed up within time frame I had given. This was a Friday evening(6/12/15). The driver was professional and courteous. He told me he would have the vehicle in Raleigh the following Friday(6/19/15). He called on Wednesday(6/17/15)and let me know that he would be able to deliver on Thursday, a whole day early(6/18/15). What a nice surprise! Everything was good with the car, no damage. Matt followed up a couple days later to make sure everything went smooth with the delivery. The price was fair compared with what is out there. Especially for a cross country trip. I would definitely use this service again. Give Matt a call. He's knowledgeable and willing to explain the process in a clear, easy way to understand.
