I worked with a single person, Matt, at shipacardirect.com. There was no shuffling between people who don't know your situation. It took a bit longer to get my car shipped to me than I would have desired, but much (if not all) of the delay was due to torrential rains and flooding in Houston, the pick-up city. Throughout this waiting period I requested and received regular updates. Finally the rains subsided and it shipped.

I was pleased with the transport company shipacardirect found. The car arrived safe and sound; the transport driver was friendly and helpful.

The cost was very reasonable. I really don't think that I could have had such a satisfactory experience with a cut-rate company.

This is the 7th car I've had shipped. I've learned that shopping around generally is a waste of time. Find a shipping agent or two you can trust and stick with them. shipacardirect is on my go-to list.
