The purpose of this summary is to provide a synopsis of the outstanding experience I have had as a recent customer of ShipACarDirect.com.

Starting in March, 2015, I began the process of exploring options for the late May shipment of my antique car from California to San Francisco. While a number of companies offering both open and enclosed transportation responded to my inquiries, it was ShipACarDirect.com that clearly differentiated itself by the nature and quality of the text and video information it provided at large about the overall process and in particular by the level of personalized, attentive service I was extended by the representative with whom I worked, Emily.

While service excellence is an objective companies aspire to achieve on behalf of customers, ShipACarDirect.com admirably provided it for me with the work done on my behalf by Emily.

From our first contact in March, 2015 when I inquired about the nature and cost of shipping my car, she provided me with a personalized and attentive service that truly made me feel as if I had a concierge addressing my car transportation need.

I received regular, substantive e-mail and telephonic contact from her at each stage of the process. When a challenge arose in terms of finding an auto transport company that could meet my need within the overall time frame I had established, Emily with the support of her colleagues at ShipACarDirect.com addressed this need in outstanding fashion.

Emily was able to find a solution for me that far exceeded my expectations while ensuring that the service received was cost effective. Accordingly, it was in keeping with the overall excellence that she had extended me that as my wife and I drove up to the location where the auto transport driver had offloaded my car, we observed him polishing the roof of my car to ensure that there were no fingerprints present from the transport process.

For any future auto. transport needs that I have as well as for those situations in which friends and colleagues ask for a recommendation for specialty auto. transportation, without hesitation I will readily recommend ShipACarDirect.com.
