Once our vehicle was picked up (it was the holidays so there was quite a delay, but we were forewarned of this) the transport time was good. There was a scratch on the vehicle upon delivery. We were in immediate contact with the trucking company. They responded well and said they would take care of repairs and tell us of an appropriate shop to which we could take our vehicle. It took more time than expected (more than 2 weeks) for them to follow up with an appropriate shop to take our vehicle to; however they are taking care of everything. Ship a Car Direct followed up throughout the process and after delivery. With the exception of the time delays everything went smooth and as painless as one can expect.
