The Ship Direct contact was very prompt and maintained constant contact throughout the process. The company that did the actual transport was much less service oriented. They missed the agreed upon meet time without any notification. This happened on the pick-up and drop-off end. Because the first pick-up wasn't met, the pick-up was moved out by a day. In both cases the driver didn't communicate that he was running late or could not meet at the agreed upon time. While I would consider using Ship Direct again, I would never use the transport company to which they referred me.
