I was happy contacting this company, because they were very helpful in what to look for in a carrier.This was the first time I used a car carrier, and I didn't know what to expect. I looked up a few others, and 1 didn't run north and south at this time, another was way to expensive, the next never contacted me back. My truck arrived the next morning it was dirty, but the driver came through a snow storm, so everything had road dirt on it. I have great respect for the way my truck was handled, I know because I'm a retired truck driver. Thanks Bill
