I looked extensively online for a company to ship my Honda CRV from Los Angeles, CA to St. Louis, MO. I found Ship-A-Car-Direct by their outstanding online reviews and their legitimate BBB status, "A" rated. When I contacted the company they were prompt and very professional. I was put in touch with Tom, he explained over the phone how their process works. He also sent me some very helpful links, via email, to several videos on YouTube that explained further what he had explained and much more. The videos look professionally produced, and their quality was another reason I felt comfortable shipping my vehicle with these guys.

This company uses only licensed, bonded and insured carriers that they have hand-picked to service their customers, it shows. The carrier, White Hawks Auto LLC, showed up early by 20 minutes the day of the pick-up. The driver Mike was thorough as he looked the vehicle over to record any and all scratches and dents, no matter how minor. This process reflected the level of attention to detail that I rarely see even with auto body professionals. I felt comfortable handing my keys over to Mike and watching him park my car on the trailer. When the car reached its destination I was unable to be there in person but my representative was pleased with the ease of exchange and level of professionalism from the driver.

Both Tom and Mike proved to be busy people, despite of that, they both were very receptive to my every concern and question throughout the process. I am glad I chose to ship my vehicle with this company because of the quality people behind it. They gave me a peace of mind that was well worth the extra money paid. There are a lot of other companies that promise to be what these guys are for a lesser price. Don’t be fooled by imitations, Ship-A-Car-Direct is the real McCoy.
