This was my first time shipping my car, thus I had no idea where to start. I spoke to several other companies whom all seemed to want to rush me into putting a deposit down with them. David took his time in explaining the process and what I can expect from Ship-a-car direct. He was patient with me as I asked numerous questions about the whole procedurel. I was nervous as the date of my move approached and I still did not have a carrier. David told me not to worry and he checked in with me on a daily basis to give me updates. He also provided me with several different options on how my car could possibly be picked up by a carrier (changing my dates, changing my price, and changing my drop off destination to a nearby city or town). When we got a carrier, David told me what exactly to expect. My car was picked up on time and it arrived earlier than expected. I was quite satisfied with the costumer service and care I received. I will definitely be using them again.
