This was my first time shipping a car and didn't know what to expect but with Emily's help at ship a car direct. She made everything clear and help me understand how the shipping works. They picked up my car on time and estimated that the car will be delivered on a certain day and it was. The carrier I had was very nice and work with me on my schedule. I was amazed how she kept up with me to see how things went and made sure things were going smoothly. They told me exactly what I needed to do and what to sign and also look for. I was worried that there would be hidden fees but there wasn't any. I would recommend ship a car direct! I had a great experience with them!!!!
