Tom is a very helpful staff. He was very honest and patient in explaining me the whole process and the possible outcomes. He told me that if I can drive my car up to Phoenix, I could get a lower price on the shipping. He gave the quote based on that. But later on, he found a carrier who would like to come over to my small town (50 minutes driving from Phoenix) with the same price. Thank for that. It saved me a lot of time and effort.
The car was arrived on schedule. Very smooth process. I like this experience. I would recommend it to my friend if they need to ship a car.
