my experience was perfect ,, they pick the car after two days and take four days to transport it from Florida to Washington which was suppose to take 7-10 days , the customer support follow up with me all the time and send me video to explain the ship process , the price was fair and acceptable , the driver was so friendly and accept to drop the car on different location the car was in good condition just need air on the tiers I recommend anyone to ship with them
