First time using SACD; last time 2 years ago I used the cheapest named broker I could find. Thought a premium price (~$400 more) might buy me some premium value. Final evaluation: no better than the cheaper company I went with last time. By the luck of the brokers draw, I had the same trucker both times, over the same distance, even though prices were quite different. Both times my car was driven over 30 miles and delivered dirty, although less so with SACD. Both times they were not prompt; fortunately I had a flexible schedule. Good part is that both times the car was not damaged and nothing was stolen. But I failed to get any premium value from paying SACD a premium price.
