Tom was excellent at the Shipping company contact. The driver was another story. First Tom went above and beyond to be sure the car was picked up from the origin in the time frame. He called back whenever I emailed or called. Now, for the driver, I did not bother him until he called and stated he would be here the next day. I expressed the need for a 3 hour window. He did this. Tom and I made arrangements to meet the driver in Florence SC, so we assumed that is where he would go. When he called he stated he was 3 hours out. My husband proceeded to get the truck and trailer ready and drive to the destination point. The driver called back and stated he was at the destination, my husband said he did not see him, the driver said he was at our home address. My husband drove home to fnd the car unloaded in the middle of the street. He asked the driver where the keys were as he pushed it into the driveway. The driver stated they were in the car. He drove away. My husband went to retrieve the lees and they were not in the car. He called the driver who said oops I have them. Really, he then said he could not turn around, he would mail them. He did. In the end all turned out ok.
