I am so grateful that I used ship a car direct. From the very beginning Emily with Ship A Car Direct communicated with me often which made the process more and more comfortable. At first, shipping a car looked like it was going to be an overwhelming process. There are so many options to choose from & for me shipping our car was nerve-wracking at first. Ship a car direct put me at ease & if I ever have to ship a car again, I will definitely use Ship a car direct. The actual company (Global Auto Carriers) that transported my car was also very kind and courteous. The truck that was carrying our car broke down so delivery was a day late but we did not mind. There was constant communication during the delay in delivery so we never wondered where our car was. I highly recommend Ship A Car Direct!
