I had my VW Jetta shipped out to Riverside from Palo Alto using 'ship a car direct'. Emily, who handled all the communication was very courteous and helpful. The Shipping arrangement was finalized timely and the truck arrived on time. It was delivered within the time window agreed without any damage or problems. I would us the service again and recommend them to others.
