I was on a tight crunch to ship my car across country and contacted several different car shipping agencies. I spoke with Portia and explained the time-sensitive nature of the shipment. She was very prompt in getting back to me, and was very communicative and knowledgeable about carriers. She was able to secure a carrier for the next day without bumping up the initial quoted price.
