Good straightforward company who brokered transportation across the country. The carrier chosen was very good and answered my questions without delay.

My only ding on an otherwise excellent rating was that the next step sometimes is not obvious while also receiving frequent emails with tips that were more mass mail informational emails.

Initially my quote was about $100 less than what I paid as I was waiting for a response when the representative said that he would redo my quote but was ambiguous that I should have then gone online to fill out a form. No time frame was given so the quote lapsed and the price went up. There is fast movement on changes in price so be sure that when a quote is given and the price is agreed upon to go to the website and place the order within 24 hrs!
The fact that my car was late was more on the carrier and the circumstances of a cross country transport. I was verbally told 7-10 days but I think there were unavoidable delays (traffic, weather, etc)
