I am a detail guy - when it is time to clean my car, I spend an entire day clay-baring, and waxing it. Because of this, when it came time to move cross-country, the thing I was the most anxious about was shipping my car. I am very happy I found Ship-A-Car-Direct and was connected with Dale. First off, Dale was amazing to work with from start to finish. He provided great customer service, showed he truly cared about my car and concerns, and was always accessible. In regards to the car shipment itself, it was also first-class. Dale and I decided it would be best to go with an enclosed carrier as I am so protective of my car and it is lower to the ground. I am happy I did. The car arrived in pristine condition, and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend this service and the carrier they connected me to.
