Ship-A-Car-Direct provided excellent service moving my car from Chicago, IL to Ellenwood, GA, right outside of Atlanta. When deciding to ship my car, I did a great deal of research as I wanted to ensure that the carrier had a good reputation and that my car, which is brand new, 2014 Cadillac, would arrive in excellent condition and it did. While Ship-A-Car-Direct costs were higher, by a few dollars, than its competitors, its reputation with regard to customer satisfaction was outstanding as there were no complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau. From the very beginning David, my contact at Ship-A-Car-Direct, walked me through the process, invited me to visit their website which explained in a video the entire process so I knew exactly what to expect. What I liked most was that David checked in with me throughout the entire process which made me feel better about my car being picked up and delivered to its destination. I am very pleased with the service and would use Ship-A-Car-Direct again. I and would recommend Ship-A-Car-Direct to my friends; I am a satisfied customer!
