Having never transported my car across state lines within a tight deadline, and after hearing all the horror stories both from friends, family and online, I had no idea what to expect. Ship-A-Car Direct, and specifically, Emily, was a God-send during what could have been a tremendously difficult and stressful time.

Even though my car didn't get picked up within my original deadline, I was able to make arrangements with a neighbor/friend to take possession of my car and it was picked up within 2 days of my deadline. Emily kept me informed and graciously answered all of my nervous calls/emails. Although the car arrived dirty - that was to be expected given the inclement weather and the many miles. The driver was anxious to please and very friendly.

I would without a doubt recommend Ship-A-Car Direct to anyone who needs a reliable and trustworthy car transport company/service.

Thanks for the amazing review, Tammy! Your feedback covers a very important point about tight deadlines: as much as we wish to accommodate tight schedules, it isn't always possible. It's realistic to have a window of availability and a friend as a backup contact.
