I wish they could have moved my stuff too!

The only semi bad experience I had with this company is the company they gave it to that was actually responsible for picking up my car. Kay at the office was always super helpful and answered all my e mails and questions in a timely and prompt manner. The bright side about my car being picked up late was that it was delivered way earlier then expected! If I have to move again, I will use this company to do it!

Thanks for your positive feedback, Jessica! You bring up an important point: while we provide an estimated pick-up date, it is an estimate. Especially in severe weather, it is realistic to allow for flexibility around carrier arrival.
