I contacted Ship a Car Direct after my original transporter (McNutt) came with multiple excuses. I got all the excuses from our trucks hydraulics broke. The next truck they stated it had issues because of the cold and broke down. They were unprofessional and no one contacted us. After two weeks of getting the run around we finally had enough and had to hunt them down for a refund.

I then contacted Ship a Car Direct. Jason was very professional and nice. The company did not require any deposit like the other transporter. We agreed on a price that he would post for my vehicle. Literally within the hour he had a transporter. The transporter was very professional. He picked up my car the same night and transported the car in two days only because of adverse weather.

I would recommend them again without a question. It is a trustworthy company that works on principle.
