I have never had to ship a car before so I found Ship A Car Direct through the BBB. I contacted them and I quickly received a quote in which I felt was a lot less than what I thought it was really going to cost to have a car shipped across country. I then contacted Jason with Ship A Car Direct and he advised me of the next step I needed to complete in order to proceed with the process. My earliest scheduled pick-up date was Jan 20th, 2014. After about a week past the pick-up date, I called Jason and we increased the amount I was willing to pay. Another week went by with no call. Jason then increased the transport amount but in returned deducted the amount that I was to pay his company just to keep the cost the same for me which I extremely appreciated. Within days, Jason contacted me with the carried name along with their number. He then sent me information with the drivers information. The driver then contacted my pick-up contact and then vehicle was picked up. After only 3 days, the driver contacted me and advised that he would be in California later tonight. Communication with the carrier driver between the pick-up and delivery was amazing. Jason then inquired how the shipping was to make sure everything went as planned. I will definitely use Ship A Car Direct if I ever have to ship another vehicle.
