I wanted to have my 2008 Chevy shipped from Birmingham, Alabama to Tacoma, Washington. The good BBB rating is what led me to choose this company. From start to finish I worked with a representative named Paul. If I needed anything at all Paul was on top of it immediately. Even though I had to get a second trucker when the first truck broke down before pickup, thanks to Paul, the transition from that issue to a solution was so smooth I didn't mind at all. Thanks to him I had great communication with the trucker that shipped my car. I don't know if Paul is representative of all the company's customer service team, but he was awesome. I would definitely use this company again.
