Excellent service even on short notice!

I had called up Jason of “Ship a Car Direct” just 1 day before I needed to move the car. I needed the car to be moved either that day or the very next day. I was a bit nervous that I would not be able to get a spot for my car on the transport trucks. But, I when talked to Jason, he allayed all my fears and doubts. He was very professional in his approach and he was confident of getting me a spot for my car within the short time I gave him. He told me the steps he was going to take to make sure that my car gets a spot. After hearing his plan, I was quite confident that Jason can get a spot for my car within the next day.
Fast forward to two hours after I first called him, he called me back and informed me that he has got a carrier for my car and they can pick up my car that day itself. That was amazing!
The driver arrived 30 mins before time!. I could tell that the driver knew exactly what he was doing. The driver told me the date and time when I can get my car in Colorado.
The driver delivered my car on the exact day he had informed me about when he had picked up my car! My car was in as good condition as it can be after a 1200 mile journey.
I don’t think you can expect more. The timing of pick up and delivery was very comfortable for me and both Jason and the driver were professional.

Good to hear Jason calmed all of your doubts about the process! You bring up a great point - most transports are scheduled within 24-48 hours of pick-up, so short notice is the norm. Thanks for the excellent review, Monideep!
