This was my first time ever shipping a vehicle across country. It couldn't have gone any better. Jason was able to find me a carrier with 2-3 days of placing the order. He was also helpful in answering any questions or concerns which was very important to me at the time.

The carriers, J &A Auto, were amazing too in always following up in a timely manner since they were quite close to where my father lived. They were able to load my car a whole 2 days before the actual pickup date (Monday). It was because of that, the car came in a day early (Thursday) but I had to reschedule for Friday. Rescheduling was quick and painless.

I would highly recommend Safe Direct since communication and trust were the most important factors in choosing both a broker and carrier and both parties delivered on that front.
