Good service, but the order took 5 days to pick up, and I had to volunteer twice to bump the price $50. I was surprise the company wouldn't match my giving, seeing I was a return customer, and I needed the delivery to take place asap. Once the shipper agreed to the order, it was picked up earlier than expected, and delivered early. But that had little to do with SafeCar Direct, and was more the impetus of the driver trying to earn a tip. Unfortunately, I told him the tip was already in the price, as I had raised the shipment price by $100. I was only shipping a mini cooper, which left plenty of room for other vehicles.

Thanks for your feedback, Keith! Customers who are in a hurry and want to increase the offer are always welcome to do so, but pick up within a few days is not something where we feel the need to reduce our fee too. We do it if it takes longer since it usually means a pricing error on our part. We're glad you are pleased with the carrier selected!
