Agent assignment

The only problem that happened was that my original contact left the job and no one picked up my order to keep me informed as to what was going on. I called several times trying to follow-up with status before the actual pickup and I finally was assigned to Amanda.

Other than being lost in their system and having to follow-up myself to get a new agent things went very well. I would use them again with the understanding that I need to be proactive and follow-up with them to make sure everything is on schedule.
