Overall the delivery process was excellent. Tom @ Safe-Direct was very clear in the process and helpful with my questions in regard to the process. There was one hickup with a delivery time which was earlier than previously stated but Tom was able to help me work everything out with the drivers. I have no complaints as my vehicle was picked up on time, delivered in the same condition as it left and the whole process was painless. I would do business with them again in a heartbeat!
