Overall good. The process was easy. I had some issues with pick up time but were able to work it with them. Without this problem, it would have been great. Other than that, the car arrived in a very good condition and on time.

Thanks for your feedback, Wael! You bring up a good point about timing estimates - drivers do try to accommodate when they can but it's realistic to leave a little flexibility around your pick-up date.
