Safe-Direct Car Shipping was a reliable, honest, and professional company to hire for the shipping of my vehicle. I have had a previous *bad experience* with a shipping company that was the complete opposite- the did not respond to emails, my car was 7 days later than quoted… just a complete nightmare. The next time around, I decided to do a little more research before hiring shippers. I found Safe-Direct through Yelp; they got stellar reviews from past customers. After calling around to a few different shippers, I decided to go with Safe-Direct.

Amanda, the point person at Safe-Direct was honest, prompt with any questions I had, and overall very professional. After my previous nightmare experience with shippers, I was grateful to realize that there are honest and professional companies, like Safe-Direct to work with.

Peter, the driver of the enclosed unit, was also just as dependable. He always picked up the phone when I would call, was always on time (even 30 minutes earlier than he estimated), and seemed trustworthy. My father, who sent my car for me, told me that the pick-up went seamlessly and that Peter even gave him a ride back to my parent's house so that he would not have to walk back. They had met on a street that would allow the truck to fit comfortably; my father drove to that street to deliver the car.

So, all in all, out of five stars, I would give this company five stars! And if the need arises where I need to ship my car again, I would definitely choose this company.
