The car was shipped too early; it came a few hours before I got to my destination (even though I told the carrier I would not be at the destination until the certain time). Also, the carrier did not call the day before delivery like I had asked. Otherwise, everything went smoothly. These two problems were small compared to the overall satisfaction of getting my car safely to my destination promptly and without damage.
