I experienced an unfortunate situation where I was rushed to Halifax Hospital in Daytona Beach and spent 5 days there to recover from my illness. This occured one day prior to my driving departure from Daytona to Rochester, NY. Because of my condition, it was suggested I not make the drive home, so upon my release from the hospital, I booked 2 tickets to fly my wife and I home from Orlando and I also booked carrier transport for my vehicle door-to-door from Florida to Rochester, NY. I was very pleased with the service and responsiveness for getting my vehicle home. My wife and I flew home Monday evening, my car was picked up Tues. 8:30 am, and was delivered by 11:00 am Thurs. morning. I was very pleased with the speed and customer service for the time it took to have my vehicle delivered.
